Looking Into 2022…

Using the ‘Start and Stop’ technique allows you to reflect on your year and consider what you’d like to ‘start’ doing and what you’d like to ‘stop’ doing.

Our team took the lead and shared some Starts & Stops for 2022:

Colin C. Campbell:

✅ Start connecting more with moderators and leaders. Also, start recognizing team members who are doing really well! Colin will choose one person a week and recognize their achievements.

❌ Stop overloading and doing too much.

Rachael Lashbrook:

✅ Start creating recognition badges and rings for leaders and moderators.

Michele Van Tilborg:

✅ Continue to grab onto new ideas and entertain real opportunities in a more pragmatic way.

❌ Stop focusing on the top three initiatives with laser intent and “double down.” Michele would like to not let a day pass without making progress on her initiatives.

Jeff Sass:

✅ Start focusing more on planning, creating achievable targets, and breaking down responsibilities.

❌ Stop the mad scramble.

Olivia Valdes:

✅ Start enjoying the achievements and keep dreaming big. Continue to position Startup.Club to be one of the largest digital content hubs.

❌ Stop stressing over things that are out of her control.

Kellie Williams:

✅ Start a new business startup venture.

❌ Stop worrying and stressing, and lead with ideas.
